Hi lovely mums and babies many of us have already had a first birthday home celebration and many are still reaching this wonderful milestone. Walking ... talking... I get goosepimple when i see my little one walking around on 'two' feet. Well brace yourselves as we are now counting down to our First Big Birthday party. It's just minus 3 days to our bash.... For security purposes please check in with me as soon as you come in. f you don't know me yet, I will have a badge with my name on it. More details on the venue and the party are on the website.

As you can see from this month's message board there is a great need for reliable and recommended nannies and good childcare in Putney. I am collecting all the info and will have a dedicated page to be launched soon. Meantime keep the info coming in. Thanks for all your support.

MMR debate

Many of you have already faced or will do soon the dilemma 'Should i get my child vaccinated with MMR?' I am personally very divided on what to do and I know a lot of you are in a similar situation. Please reply to the question with either 1) yes 2) no 3) don't know yet. I will let you know soon what everybody has responded afterwards. If you wish to debate this issue with someone, please let me know and i'll find a medical expert we can refer to. I'm in need of a babysitter for on a weekly basis for a couple of hours on a tues/wed or Thursday and was hoping someone could suggest people they have used before. I'm a first time mum so suitably paranoid about leaving Claudia but if I know the babysitter has been used before I'd feel more comfortable about the whole evening.
